I don’t know what to say about this. Did I enjoy reading it? Yes. Is it something I would read again? Recommend to a friend? Probably not.

Fate as a character is an interesting antagonist, but his actions are not really plausible to me. I feel like most of the tension could be released if Signa just talked to him properly? Explained her side of things and her feelings?

And Death as a character.. he was so nice and edgy in book 1. I missed that a bit in this one.

I like the addition of Blythe’s PoV to the book though. Getting a bit of insight into how she tics definitely made me like her more.
